Are you registered on GeM, or empanelled with our department?

This page deliberately makes no claim about a GeM registration, an empanelment or a rate contract. Registrations and panel entries change, and a website is the wrong place for an assertion a procurement team will rely on. Write to the tender desk and we will state our current position for the bidding entity in writing, with the supporting document, before you shortlist us. If a registration you require does not exist for our entity, we will tell you that instead of leaving the question open. Our Credentials and Verification page sets out the document-release route.

Which GeM categories do Anganwadi requirements usually fall under?

Two are directly relevant: "Pre-School Education Kit for Anganwadi Centres" for FLN, ECCE and teaching-learning material, and "Mounting board or Anganwadi Board" for classroom boards and mounting items. GeM changes category names and their specification parameters from time to time, so confirm the current category and parameter list on the portal before you finalise a specification. Where the requirement includes civil work, installation or training, a product category is the wrong instrument and a tender, work order or rate contract is the right one.

What documents will you provide for empanelment or vendor registration?

For the bidding legal entity we provide entity and constitution details with the authorised signatory, GST and PAN, Udyam or MSME registration details where MSE status is asked for, bank details for your vendor master, trademark documentation, and product safety or test documents per item against the standard your specification names. Anything else the tender names is provided if we hold it. We do not publish registration numbers on this website | documents are released through a verification route so the correct entity, the current validity and the disclosure permission can be checked first.

Can you help our firm register as an Anganwadi supplier, or get us empanelled?

No. We are a vendor, not a registration agency or a procurement consultancy. We cannot register your firm as a supplier, process a GeM seller registration on your behalf, or arrange an empanelment with a department | seller registration is done directly on the relevant portal by the firm itself. Smart Anganwadi also does not provide grants, funding, loans or any assistance or government financial support, and we do not recruit Anganwadi workers or helpers. This page describes how a department buys from us, not how to become a supplier yourself.

What do you need from us to quote against a tender?

The BoQ or technical specification, quantity and delivery locations, the delivery period, EMD and performance security requirements, the inspection and acceptance basis, and the payment terms. Sending the tender document itself is the fastest route | we will read it. If the submission deadline is inside a week, say so in the first line, because it changes how we sequence the response and whether we can attend the pre-bid meeting.

Do you publish rates, and how is the price arrived at?

We publish no rate card. Pricing is built against your BoQ line by line, and for anything executed at a site it follows a condition assessment, because structural condition, existing sanitation and water, access and local labour rates move the figure substantially. Any indicative figure given before assessment is planning guidance only, stated with its basis, and is never a firm quotation. The figure that binds is the one in the submitted bid or the written quotation issued after assessment.
